Doctor’s wine! Our wine cellar is located in western Georgia, Imereti region , city- Kutaisi. We are producing our wine according to oldest Georgian tradition in Qvevri. Our vineyard growing up also in Imereti region, namely in famous winemaking place Baghdati, village Tsitelkhevi. Here we cultivate Imeretian varieties: Tsitska and Tsolikouri. The roots of our half-century-old vine penetrate deep into the clay soil of Imereti and are filled with useful minerals. Therefore, our wines are rich with Imeretian characteristic features both in taste and flavor. Our wines undergo maceration from few days up to 6months (traditionally) depending on grapes. The wine is naturally filtered by chacha. It is White or often amber in color. We do not use preservatives and artificial yeast. We just use contact spraying systems for our vineyard. We are producing 1000/1500 bottles every year.
