Dasabami is family-owned and operated, founded by the owner’s grandfather. It proudly preserves the Georgian traditional methods of winemaking, producing up to 3000 bottles annually with all historic and organic practices. The winery includes a one-hectare vineyard where local grape varietals Rkatsiteli, Mtsvane, Khikhvi, and Tavkveri are harvested. Dasabami is a member of the Natural Wine Association. Dasabami Winery is located in the southern area of Kartli, a historic region in Georgia known for its agricultural output and its tradition of winemaking. The winery sits east of the Khrami River and cultivates local grape varietals.
