Amiran Vepkhvadze’s Family Winery is located at 32 Paolo Iashvili Street, Zestafoni. Planted in Zestafoni as well as in the nearby villages of Kinoti and Kldeeti are the following Imeretian grape varieties: tsitska, tsolikouri, krakhuna, and otskhanuri sapere. Fermentation and aging of organically-farmed grapes occur in beeswax-lined kvevri. The wines receive no filtration or chemical additions and are a biologically clean product.
