Goderdzishvili cellar is a small company with big traditions. it was built in 1890s by Ilia Goderdzshvili. Marani (wine cellar) was one of the biggest for that period with 40 000 liters of Qvevri wine production. in Bakurtsikhe-Kardenakhi micro-zone, Kakheti, one of the best places for Qvevri winemaking. We carefully harvest high quality grapes to make delicious wines. Our wines are highly rated on blind tastings, festivals and events held in Georgia. We produce natural wine from several native varieties of grape: Rkatsiteli, Mtsvane, Saperavi, Buera etc. Our company is Member of Georgian Natural Wine Association (NWA) since 2018. Our Qvevri wines are aged 6 month with skins in 120 year old clay pitchers (Qvevri), in traditional Georgian way, which is protected by Georgian low and UNESCO as an Intangible Heritage of Humanity.
