Temi means community in Georgian. It was established in 1989 in Gremi village, Kakheti as a place for socially vulnerable people. You can feel the love and passion of the people who create Temi’s wines – many helping hands contribute to its high quality and delicious taste. All wines are unfiltered, made without chemical, thermal and mechanical processing; they are certified organic(Ltd.Caucascert, Certificate N: CC-AB-063-031, 04.02.2013). The Charity Union Temi’s work includes social rehabilitation and state childcare programs, along with social entrepreneurship (wine, agricultural and bicycle tourism) and agriculture/bio-diversity projects. All proceeds are directed to the benefit of the socially vulnerable families. Temi owns 22 hectares of land plot, 7 hectares of which is the organic vineyard. The union produces organic wines of Rkatsiteli, Saperavi and Kindzmarauli. Temi produce about 25-30,000 bottles of wine per year. As a producer of Qvevri organic, natural wines, the union hosts tour groups.
