In Sherma Family Winery we make natural wines using wild yeasts and without filtration. We believe that by allowing nature to do its work, we can produce wines that are truly exceptional and unique. Our family has been producing wine for generations, and we take great pride in our traditional winemaking techniques. We have started producing wines for commercial purposes from 2020. We have quite limited production, and with a small production the winery can focus on producing wines of exceptional quality and ensuring that each bottle is a true representation of the unique character of the grapes and the terroir.
