Aroma, color, taste

The grapes are hand-harvested and directly pressed. The pure grape juice with 10% of skins is transferred to qvevri and fermented with indigenous yeasts. The wine is fermented and aged in qvevri for 10.5 months, after which it is racked into stainless steel tanks to undergo malolactic fermentation. The wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered, with no added sulphites. Tasting notes: Light-bodied with bright, lively acidity. Aromas of ripe apricot and citrus mingle with subtle vanilla notes. The palate is rich and rounded, with a soft, buttery texture balanced by a refreshing, tingly acidity.
